TOGETHER, WE ELEVATE PERRIS
Perris should be
built for families,
not logistics.
THE MISSION
Build Perris for Families
Perris should work for the people who live here.
Perris deserves cleaner neighborhoods.
Perris is for the working class, not warehouses
Priorities
01
FAMILIES
FIRST
Our quality of life comes first.
Perris families have absorbed enough negative impacts of warehouse growth.
That ends today.
Streets full of Flock cameras have taken Our privacy. Dark streets make us feel unsafe.
That ends today.
02
RESPONSIBLE GROWTH
Perris should grow. But growth should make Perris better.
Demand transparency and protect neighborhoods from harmful developments. Make every major project prove its value to our community. Support, encourage, and advocate for all local businesses.
03
ELEVATING PERRIS
Raise the standard.
Beautification through the arts and culture - for the Culture. Better places to eat, shop, gather, & play. And elevate Our City's public image
MEET JC
I'm an architectural designer and community college professor.
My career has taught me that the places we build and the decision-makers behind them shape people's everyday lives
I won't let my working-class family settle for less, and neither will yours.
That's why I believe Perris should be built around families, not logistics.
The question isn't just
what we build.
It's what kind of Perris
we're building.
